To ensure your seeds arrive safely and on time, we have established the following shipping policy, covering key information such as preparation time, shipping areas, shipping times, logistics tracking, and special notes. I. Preparation Time

After you successfully place your order, we will complete preparation and warehouse review within 1-3 business days. To ensure the quality of the seeds, we conduct strict packaging inspections on each batch of seeds to ensure they are dry and undamaged before handing them over to our logistics partners for shipment. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our facility in Suzhou, China.

Note: If your order contains multiple types of seeds or if there are holidays or peak order periods, the preparation time may be extended by 1-2 business days. We will inform you in advance on the order page or via email.

II. Shipping Areas

Currently, our seed products focus on serving the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (mainly covering EU member countries, the UK, Switzerland, and other major countries). We support delivery to most areas within these countries and regions (excluding remote areas). When placing your order, you can directly enter your shipping address, and the system will automatically verify if shipping is supported. If your address is in a remote area or an area not currently supported for delivery, we will promptly notify you and assist with your order.

III. Logistics Shipping Times

Once preparation is complete and your order is shipped, the logistics shipping times (excluding preparation time) for different markets are shown in the table below. Actual shipping times may vary slightly due to the delivery area (e.g., remote areas), logistics capacity adjustments, and force majeure factors (e.g., severe weather, customs inspections). The final delivery time will be based on logistics tracking information.

IV. Logistics Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and corresponding tracking link via email. You can click the link to check the real-time logistics status. Additionally, you can log in to the Haiyiplants website's "My Order" page to check the logistics status, or use the globally recognized logistics tracking platform at 17TRACK (which supports tracking for major international logistics companies). If the logistics tracking information hasn’t been updated for a long time, or if you have any questions about the shipping progress, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

V. Special Notes

  1. Customs Policies: The U.S., Canada, Australia, and various European countries have specific quarantine and regulatory requirements for seed imports (such as USDA APHIS inspection requirements, DAWR approval regulations in Australia, and EU Plant Health Regulation EU 2016/2031). You must ensure that the seeds you purchase comply with the customs regulations of the destination country/region. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the local specific quarantine approval requirements in advance (e.g., some seeds may require a phytosanitary certificate). If seeds are detained, returned, or destroyed due to local customs policy restrictions, we will assist you in providing relevant customs clearance documentation but will not be responsible for any resulting losses (such as duties, fines, return shipping costs, etc.).

  2. Please note that seed products are subject to agricultural inspection by customs (e.g., USDA APHIS). While we ensure all documentation is correct on our end, inspections may cause delays beyond our control.

  3. Force Majeure: We will make every effort to assist you in coordinating solutions for delays or delivery failures caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, wars, policy changes, or logistics company strikes, but we will not bear liability for breach of contract.

  4. Returns and Exchanges: If the seeds are unusable due to damage during shipping or packaging, you must contact customer service within 7 business days of receipt and provide relevant evidence (order number, photos of the damage, photos of the shipping label, etc.). We will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund. If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (such as incorrect address input or no longer needed), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
