Hierba culinaria tradicional japonesa.

Hojas largas y suculentas con una textura crujiente increíblemente atractiva. Originaria de las marismas de Japón, pero bien adaptada a suelos menos salinos. Agregue hojas tiernas a ensaladas y sushi, o cocine al vapor tallos más largos para obtener una guarnición única y saludable. Excelente cuando se cultiva para la producción de microvegetales, madura entre 10 y 15 días después de la siembra. También se la llama alga terrestre u "Okahijiki" en Japón.

🌿DÍAS HASTA LA GERMINACIÓN:7-14 días.
🌿SIEMBRA: Siembra directa (recomendada): siembra directa desde la primavera hasta mediados del verano. Siembra las semillas a una profundidad de 3 a 6 mm, con 1 o 2 semillas cada 2,5 cm, en hileras separadas entre sí a una distancia de 30 a 45 cm. No es necesario aclarar, ya que la salicornia continúa creciendo incluso cuando se siembra en capas densas. Las siembras sucesivas garantizan una cosecha continua.
